Student Association Volunteer Program
The Student Association offers a variety of volunteer opportunities for students to participate in. These opportunities range from working in the front office, helping the Dialog (community newspaper), assisting in the Food Banks, assisting in the constituency centres, participating in events and orientation, and much more.
As a volunteer with the Student Association you will benefit from meeting a diverse student population, as well as learn organizational skills, people skill and other skills to add to your resume. In addition, you will enjoy the comfortable and fun atmosphere generated by the people in the Student Association.
If you would like more information on the Volunteer Program, please contact the Student Association Front Office.

Hello,
My name is Nicole Dube, and I am the Coordinator of Volunteer Resources of the Ontario Fundraising department of the MS Society. We are recruiting volunteers for our annual Toronto MS Walk that takes place on Sunday, April 22nd 2012 in Sunnybrook Park.
We are looking for general event volunteers, but also, volunteers who are looking for experience with customer service and public relations. We have three positions (Team MS Liaisons, Team MS Photographer Assistants, and Tour Bus Guides) that have a high level of interaction with our top fundraising participants. We are looking for students who are bright, eager, and interested in helping out the local community.
This opportunity may be of particular interest to individuals who are looking to enhance their skills, as we will be offering a customer service and public relations training session prior to the event to give these students the tools they need to succeed.
Do you have anywhere you could post this information (online or physically)? We really feel your students embody what we are looking for. I can create a listing to get posted in an online forum, and we have posters we could send. Anything you can do to help us achieve our mission would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you for your time, I look forward to hearing back from you.
Cheers,
Nicole
